The League advances the Ag and Equine Event Industry by championing operational excellence, professional development, and shared standards.

Through premier education, resources and certifications, we foster a collaborative community

driving a better future for agricultural and equine professionals and their events.

TOGETHER,

WE ARE STRONGER

The League exists to elevate the sustainability, safety and excellence of agricultural and equine events by empowering the people behind them.

Through hands-on education, industry networking and the promotion of replicable best practices -- from footing fundamentals to advanced business management -- the League serves as the bridge that connects professionals and reinforces standards that move the industry forward.

By bringing together facilities, producers and event partners in a trusted, face-to-face environment, we create a collaborative community where ideas are shared, careers are built and every event becomes a reflection of informed, intentional excellence.

Join the League on Monday, June 29th, at 2:00p EDT as we welcome Dr. Jesica Thompson, DVM and her insights on the recent return of the New World Screwworm in the United States.

Dr. Thompson is a Veterinary Medical Officer with the Veterinary Division of the NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (NCDA&CS), and her primary role involves protecting livestock and animal health across the state of North Carolina, which includes conducting disease investigations and responding to animal health emergencies.

This educational forum is eligible for credit within the League's certification program (CMEC) and will focus on key points, concerns and takeaways for facility operators and show promoters addressing the appearance of New World Screwworm in Texas and now New Mexico.
