Welcome to the League of Agricultural & Equine Centers

Thank you so much for your interest in the League!  We are a truly exceptional trade association formally founded in 2003 to support management personnel, their staff and operational protocols at agricultural and equine facilities across North America.  In 2025, the League voted to modify its By-Laws to expand membership offerings to welcome also Equine & Ag Event Promoters, Organizers, Competitive Professionals as well as Young Professionals seeking careers in our specialized industry.  We are excited and optimistic about the wide-reaching opportunities that stand before us as partnering professionals in a dynamic, evolving and growing industry.

The League is an indispensable resource for industry education, networking and member advocacy, offering the industry's most comprehensive educational event in a structured, three-day format covering topics such as regulatory law, judicial activity, insurance demands, HR issues, routine and emergency maintenance, environmental practices and requirements, as well as financial and marketing expertise. Our annual League Symposium brings together facility directors and staff, event promoters and organizers, young professionals and industry supporters from all over the U.S. and Canada to engage our industry's most relevant topics and to exchange knowledge, research findings and experience-based insights with fellow attendees.

The League's Footing Academy is presented semi-annually for facility management and staff members to learn the basics and particulars of footing. These League footing academies are available in conjunction with the annual symposium and a second location during the summer months. The League offers industry publications for our members, including manuals on arena footing, composting, manure management and recycling.

The League is a progressive organization that continues to move forward in identifying issues and resources for equine and agricultural facility directors as we move further into the 21st century.

On behalf of the League Board of Directors and staff, we hope you will join us and take advantage of all of the services the League provides.

Sincerely,

William R. Chambers

Past Chairman of the Board
